Product Cutting
Central City Cutting, offers a cutting solution service for manufacturers, retailers, distributors, point of sale and wholesalers.
We have an extensive list of material we regularly cut. If the material you are wanting to cut is not listed, please ask and I can advise if it is possible to cut, plus we offer a fee test cutting service. You supply us with the type of material, and we will test cut it with one of our existing dies.

Packaging
- Foam rubber (or EVA, PE foam, rubber) laminated to corrugated card then cut to shape.
- Foam rubber or EVA, PE foam, rubber cut to shape then laminated to corrugated card or rubber or EVA, PE Foam, rubber then a final cut to size or shape.
- Corrugated card layer boards cut from new and recycled card corrugated (the recycled card doesn’t have to a uniform size for our machines to process it.)
- Layer boards cut from MDF or plywood top boards cut from MDF or plywood MDF & ply Layer boards and Top boards can have corrugated card laminated for extra cushioning.
- Existing cartons can have handle holes, vents, POS display cut.

- Applying indification and information labels.
- Foil printing, of samples and header cards.
- Edge tape applied to samples to reduce fraying.
- Double-sided tape applied to the top edge for feeler samples.
